Policies and Procedures

Academic Affair Coordinators are available Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. to talk with students about their requests.

We review requests in the order they are received. We respond to all requests as quickly as possible. Students are typically notified of decisions within two weeks. Review Tips for Submitting Requests and Rights and Responsibilities as well as information regarding your specific request.
