2020 Dean's Challenge Award Recipient

I am a junior pursuing my Psychology major; Clinical and Forensic Psychology concentrations; and Criminology, Law, and Society minor. I am currently an undergraduate research assistant at the Center for Advancing Correctional Excellence. I will continue to further my research experience by conducting an undergraduate thesis project, Environment and Relationships in Restricted Housing Units: Examining Institutional Differences, in the Psychology Honors Program.

My ultimate goal is to earn a Psy.D and become a clinical psychologist with a specialty in forensics. The academic challenges I have faced are shaping me for my future and I hope to inspire future students to persist through their hardships. After all, “Khanhfidence” is key.
