Well-Being

Well-being: Students who develop their well-being practices are more likely to thrive and to develop resiliency skills that can be instrumental to their success.  By participating in well-being programming, students contribute to their individual academic success and contribute to a vibrant sense of community.  In coordination with the Center for the Advancement of Well-Being and in CHSS UAA programming, we provide students with opportunities to learn about a range of well-being practices and to infuse the activities into their undergraduate careers.
